Using and accessing RACE Software’s Services means we collect, and receive the following information.

RACE Software collects the following data:

  • Personal identification information – When creating a RACE Software account, you are required to give to RACE Software information including name, email address, phone number, password etc. Additional information may be needed from time to time in order to create a more developed user profile. This additional information is optional;
  • Information about you will be collected when you report a problem with our Website, software, services, reporting suspected piracy, or reporting any other issue;
  • Communication: Information will be collected when you communicate with RACE Software by email, writing, or contributing to RACE Software’s online forums;
  • Billing – Payment related information is collected for paid subscriptions or any other services for use of a RACE Software Service, including applications within our app/platform for which we perform billings. Payment information is passed to our chosen payment processing partner, this includes card details, name etc. Data for payments made with digital currencies will also be retained. Billing information is not stored with RACE Software. Billing information is passed to our payment processing partner. As such, their privacy policy will apply to the taking of payment and processing of your personal information;
  • Device information: Device information including what type of device you are using, what operating system you are using, your device settings, unique device identifiers and crash data will be collected. The type of device you are using and its settings will determine if all or only some of this information will be collected;

  • Usage data: This information is collected to learn what functions and features you use of RACE Software to help us better understand and learn opportunities to assist us in improving the quality of the service provided and to detect future issues with the service;
  • Engineering data used by you (hard points, bush stiffnesses, spring and damper data, component structural stiffness etc.) will be kept secured and only available to you in the RACE platform. Nobody except you have access to your engineering confidential data.

When visitors leave comments on the Website we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP and/or MAC address, cookies (as described in section 7) and browser user agent string to help spam detection. Visitors are individuals who visit the Website without registering themselves.

RACE Software securely stores your data on secured servers.

RACE Software will keep your data when using our Services and while you have a membership. This data will be retained indefinitely. You may request for this data to be removed by writing to RACE Software via email with the subject line: REMOVE USER
